30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or the item is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Due to health and hygiene regulations, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unworn condition with all packaging intact.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been tried on or removed from their original packaging.
If you notice a quality issue when you first open your package (e.g. damage that is not caused by wear), please contact us at service@eroslingerie.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- A photo of the fault
- Your order number
We will happily send you a replacement free of charge.
We understand accidents happen. For every order, we offer one-time free replacement if your tights are damaged during normal wear.
You may choose the highest-value item in your order for replacement.
Please note: shipping costs for replacement will apply.

All refunds are issued to the same payment method as your original purchase.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Please note: original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
For replacement of faulty products (on arrival): we cover the postage.
For wear-and-tear replacements or exchanges: you will need to cover the postage.
