We offer a number of delivery options. You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or work address. We do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered complete and on time. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and Black Friday weekend) deliveries may take longer than expected.

EROS currently uses AU Post and Express Post services to ship to Australia, with standard and express shipping options available.

Your order (single product) will be delivered in a plastic package with EROS logo and the outermost waterproof packaging.

Your order (three or more products) will be delivered in a plastic package with EROS logo, case box and the outermost waterproof packaging; In addition, you will be provided with pantyhose gloves to satisfy your better wearing and taking off experience and machine washable bags for delicate washing of products.

For maximum peace of mind, all standard orders are shipped with tracking.

You will receive a tracking code in your shipping confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your parcel on the courier’s website.

Please note: In the case of single-item replacements (e.g., a pair of tights sent as a complimentary reshipment), we may use an envelope delivery method to your original address. This option does not include tracking, so please keep an eye on your mailbox.
